The hornet seems well designed. I can’t quite figure out though why they would want to disguise the Italian origins. I mean I get the Italian reputation for poorly built cares but the design and sharing complaints with a much more expensive vehicle should more than offsets this, no?
I honestly have no idea. Sometimes it seems like Stellantis marketing wants to pretend that its brands have nothing to do with one another. I mean, people still call it "Chrysler" when that brand is _barely_ alive and it's been more than half-Italian (as Fiat Chrysler) for nearly a decade.
I hear there's some bad blood between Alfa and Dodge over this one though.

It seems like a nice car. But I thought Dodge still sold the RAM pickups?
RAM has been its own brand, distinct from Dodge, since 2010.
Many folks are unaware of this, however, showing how strong the "Dodge Ram" brand really was.
