Now that you have driven both BMW iX50 and the R1S - how would you compare them from a day-to-day ride quality/comfort perspective? Also, road trip comfort? Looking for a quiet EV ride.
Personally I'd lean towards the iX (I just drove it again in Germany last week), but if I were a buyer I'd focus more on the size differences between the two. The Rivian R1S has three rows and is quite a bit more spacious, especially in the cargo area with the third row folded.
The BMW iX is a two-row SUV while the R1S is a three-row. That would be how I chose between them. If all else is equal, I'd get the BMW (and you'd wait quite a bit less time) but you'd honestly be happy with either one.
