But why in blazes add anything to do with less gas milage ? I mean it almost destroys the concept. I like to think of a balding Bentley driver being an uber successful plaintiff's atty after a big score, or a plastic surgeon doing tummy tucks for the bevy of aging starlets,--driving while smoking a stogie, going from his Beverly Hills mansion to his yacht , to fly on his private jet on a hunting expedition to harpoon whales in the Antarctic or even to impress his newest Mistress---The idea of him watching miles per gallon in his land cruiser is so very bourgeois.
This is an interesting point. In California the HOV sticker would be a primary selling point for this so the studio president can get from Newport up to Burbank faster.
But everything added to the Flying Spur should make it better at the primary function: getting from point a to b in exquisite silence and comfort.
Do you mean because a driver had the manufacturer slap on a "hybrid" sticker moving gas mileage from say 12 miles a gallon to maybe 17 or so he gets to use the HOV lanes? Now that would actually explain why someone would want to do this---even if it is an unconscionable perversion of social goals
The Bentley sounds like a dream come true.

This, oddly, doesn’t do that.
